Supertall · 2025
Helix Spire
A 420-metre residential tower that rotates 1.2° per floor, letting every residence trace the sun across the Gulf.
Architecture atelier · Est. 2011
We compose light, geometry and silence into buildings that feel inevitable — parametric towers, cliff-edge villas and cultural icons for clients who refuse the ordinary.
Selected Work
Four commissions that define our decade — each one a negotiation between physics, poetry and the horizon line.
Supertall · 2025
A 420-metre residential tower that rotates 1.2° per floor, letting every residence trace the sun across the Gulf.
Private residence · 2024
A cantilevered glass villa suspended eleven metres over the Tyrrhenian cliff face.
Cultural · 2023
A concert hall whose parabolic shell tunes itself acoustically to the northern lights season.
Masterplan · Ongoing
Twelve hectares of carbon-negative urbanism — three towers, a sunken forum and a canopy farm.
Studio Philosophy
A landmark is never an object. It gathers, shelters, frames, provokes. We begin every commission by writing the verbs a place must perform — only then do we draw its form.
Our atelier of 64 architects, computational designers and environmental engineers works from studios in London, Dubai and Singapore, prototyping in code before we ever pour concrete.

Design Process
Phase 01 — Listen
Drone photogrammetry, wind tunnelling and a year of solar data compress into a living digital twin of the site.
Phase 02 — Generate
Our in-house solver evolves thousands of massing candidates overnight, scored on light, carbon and awe.
Phase 03 — Craft
Full-scale façade mock-ups in our Dubai fabrication lab — glass, basalt and bio-concrete tested under real sun.
Phase 04 — Deliver
On-site supervision to the last millimetre, then a five-year performance covenant. The building must keep its promises.
Capabilities
Supertall and high-rise architecture engineered for skyline permanence.
Discreet residences for collectors of place — cliff, desert and fjord editions.
Museums, halls and pavilions designed to become civic memory.
Carbon-negative districts where infrastructure disappears into landscape.
The Atelier
Founding principal
Ex-Zaha Hadid. Believes every skyline owes the street an apology or a gift.
Design director
Trained in Kyoto joinery before parametrics. Draws every first sketch by hand.
Head of computation
Wrote the studio's generative solver. Thinks in gradients, dreams in meshes.
Sustainability lead
Carbon accountant with a poet's grudge. Signs off nothing above net-zero.
Client Voices
They didn't design us a headquarters. They designed the reason people cross the city to see one.

Villa Eclisse changed my relationship with the sea. Some mornings I genuinely cannot tell where the house ends.

VANTA delivered the Spire eight weeks early and 4% under budget. The audacity is matched only by the discipline.
